Maintenance and SLA

Our project has just started with the delivery and continues to go over many years as part of our supportive services. All our projects and even projects not provided by us could include maintenance services, including preventive maintenance and service level agreements (SLA) contracts. Our services include remote support from the ADAUSO center and on-site preventing maintenance routines. On-site Spare parts and replacement protocols for fault and preventive requirements.
